Head Barista 

Location: Watergate Bay Coffee Cabin

We're on the lookout for a legendary Head Barista to join the crew.

This is a full-time role, 5 shifts a week, 8 hours per shift. 

Job is seasonal, with a start date: End June / Start of July - End October 

About you:
You thrive in a fast-paced takeaway environment and know how to keep things smooth under pressure. You’re the kind of person who makes customers smile before they even take their first sip.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid barista experience in a fast-paced takeaway setup

  • A true team player with positive energy and great chat

  • Next-level customer service friendly, fast, and always on point

  • Punctual, reliable, and obsessed with serving banging coffee, fast

  • Loves a post-shift pint or two with the team (optional, but we rate it)
