Returns
Items purchased through our website are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn in the original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
To complete a return please refer to the "returns form" found within your parcel.
If you have lost the form, please follow and print this link.

Please note that returns are currently not free and are a duty of the customer. Please also be aware that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns and therefore advise using recorded delivery.

In store purchases
If you have purchased a garment/s from one of our stores and are not satisfied, then these can ONLY be returned to the same location as purchase.
If you cannot return it to the store of purchase, then please download this form and follow the instructions provided.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all full price items within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out the ‘returns form’ provided in your parcel and state "exchange" with the desired size.
Please note all items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
We are ONLY able to offer exchanges for the same product and this is stock level dependant.

Sale items
All sale item orders are FINAL and are NOT refundable or exchange worthy. Therefore, we advise you to ensure you are happy with the products/ specified fitting you are ordering.

Faulty
If on a rare occasion you find a fault with your item, please send us an email at
